Travels, Spring Football, And Other Things

I've been doing a bit of traveling, and watched Virginia Tech's spring football game in Blacksburg earlier today.  A report of my visit to my alma mater, with some photos, will be posted in the near future.  Meanwhile, here are some things going on today:

From the Washington Examiner, some excerpts from former FBI director James Comey's book have already been leaked to the media.

From Breitbart Video, law professor Alan Dershowitz calls Comey "revenge driven".

From the New York Post, an environmental activist protests global warming by turning himself into carbon dioxide.

From Yahoo News, a rap duo in Germany cause outrage by "comparing themselves to Auschwitz prisoners" in their lyrics.

From Sputnik International, France fights it own secret war in Syria.

From France24, "what targets were struck?"

From Flanders News, a man in Brussels is detained after a dead man was found in his bathtub.

From Voice Of Europe, Aramean Christian refugees in the Netherlands have good things to say about Assad.

From Gatestone Institute, Sweden wages war on free speech.

From the Sunday Express, the region of Ardèche is a "journey back to prehistoric France".  (It's already early Sunday over there.)

From Politico, Turkey has reportedly made "big steps away" from the E.U.  (If you read German, read the story at the Welt.)

From RFI, Islamic scholar Tariq Ramadan faces a new rape charge.

From Ekathimerini, according to a police report, Greece has become a hub for human and drug trafficking.

From Breitbart London, German regional governments deported just 10 radical Islamists in 2017.

From the Ames Tribune, Iowa gets hit by weird weather.

And from the Richmond Times-Dispatch, a report on the Virginia Tech spring football game.
